“ Possibly one of the best Korean restaurants I've been to in California. Have heard a lot about their LA chain and how good their pork belly soups are. I ordered the naengmyun but also got to try the pork belly soup along with the sooyuk, and everything was delicious. The naengmyun was so flavorful (the broth and texture of the noodles were amazing), and the pork broth soup was definitely worth the hype. Both had to be the best I've had with each respective menu. Definitely one for the books, and looking forward to coming again. ”

Ofc their famous pork soup is great it is my soul food, but also naeng che jokbal, jeongol, pancakes, and cold noodle soup are good too ! Just try anything and you will love it. Better customer services compare to other korean restaurants ! Parking could be an issue of you are visiting during rush hours (almost all weekend) ”

“ I was quite hungover today so I was craving some soup. I was initially going to get some pho but this was nearby and I figured why not. It was my first time trying this place today and I am so glad I finally went here instead. The daeji gukbap (Korean for pork soup with rice) is to die for, especially when you're hungover. A pork-based broth that is savory and hearty but also not too rich, just absolutely perfect. All you gotta do is add some of the sauce from the gakduki (spicy pickled radish) and a little bit of salt and then you're ready to dig into one of the best Korean comfort soups out there. The menu is pretty simple which makes it pretty easy to order and prices are also very fair. Now that I know this place is the sh*t, I plan on coming at least once a month until further notice lol. ”

“ This is such a homey Korean spot with a mom and pop feel even though they have a few locations throughout SoCal. Our group of 4 ordered the Large Pork Belly Slice ($29.95), Leek Pancake ($6.95), Spicy Cold Noodle and Grilled Beef Short Rib Combo ($32.95). This came with a variety of banchans to pair with the dishes mainly of different kimchi varieties. The pork belly slice also came with a small noodle soup, so this came with a good amount of food. This dish was pretty simple overall though, so didn't really stand out to me. On the other hand, the Spicy Cold Noodle was so refreshing with a kick a spice. I enjoyed how it incorporated various vegetables too. The short ribs that came with this was such a small plate though. It had only 6 pieces. The leek pancake is a great appetizer that every table should order though. Overall, we were all pretty stuffed and the banchans really complimented all the dishes. ”

“ I've been seeing this place a lot and decided to try it when I was craving something soupy. We came on a weekday and we got seated right away. The place has a lot of space and it feels very clean. My friend and I both got the pork soup. While they were prepping the food, they served us a lot of good appetizers. The kimchi was really good and I really liked the radish. The soup came out pretty quick and with the rice, is was quite a big serving. The soup really is so flavorful and there was a good amount of pork inside. It definitely is a comfort meal and I will be coming back to try other things on their menu. The servers are super friendly and were very attentive. Plenty of parking in the area. Highly recommend this spot! ”

“ Tucked away in a little strip mallish location - it has an assuming exterior but inside is your typical Korean restaurant. I ordered the soondae gukbap which came out with soondae on the side (which I love) and it comes standardly with mixed rice vs white (yum) and a small portion of wheat noodles. All banchan were good (radish kimchi was the star) and the soup even came with a paper placemats with instruction on how to enjoy your soup. Service was extremely efficient, nice, and fast - will likely come back the next time I have a hankering for pork gukbap! Couldn't give it a full 5 stars due to soondae not being too fresh (seemed like it might have sat out for a little bit). ”

“ First time coming to eat here! It was really good! We got cold noddles, beef soup, Korean bbq and it came with all the typical Korean sides plus purple rice! The staff was nice and friendly. Parking is not an issue. Cold noddle- if you've never had cold noddles you should try. It's literally cold! And extremely flavorful! Beef soup- soup with pieces of beef in jt. Also very good! Korean bbq/galbi- the meat was really soft. Perhaps it's a different style or a better cut I'm not sure but it was definitely different vs other galbi that's I've had. Still good! ”

“ My only regret from my experience here was that I didn't discover it sooner. If you enjoy some Korean comfort food then this is the spot to check out. Jinsol Gukbap offers Korean soups, stews, rice dishes, and meat dishes. They also have cold noodles. I came here on a Friday for lunch with one other person. It was busy but we were still able to get a table right away. Originally they placed us at the smaller table but after we ordered so much food they told us to move to their larger table. To start they gave us about 3 different appetizers, including kimchi. We also got a pork broth soup to share. I liked that they had salted shrimp at the table to flavor your soups. For lunch we ordered their popular Leek Pancake, Marinated Spicy Pork Rib, and Kimchi Stew with Pork Belly. The leek pancake was really good and came with a dipping sauce. The spicy pork rib was cooked and flavored perfectly. It came out on a skillet and really hit the spot. I recommend it. The kimchi stew was also really yummy and came with some purple rice. It had plenty of pork in it and was super flavorful. It came out in a hot pot with flame underneath. It definitely was comforting. We paid about $80 total for all the food. We had plenty of leftovers too. The service was good. They didn't really check on us but they gave us everything we needed. The food came out fairly fast. I don't live to close here but I would definitely be making drive. ”
